(3) Uneven load: Some loads may be light or heavy, and the capacity of the frequency converter should be selected according to the environment of the heavy load, such as steel rolling machine machinery, crushing and destruction machinery, mixer, etc.

(4) Large inertia loads: such as centrifuges, punches, and rotary kilns in cement plants. These types of loads have a large inertia and can oscillate during startup, while there is energy feedback when the motor accelerates.. A slightly larger capacity frequency converter should be used to accelerate the start and avoid oscillation. The common braking unit cancels the feedback energy.

2、 According to the device environment, the protection layout of the variable frequency power supply should be adapted to its device environment. This requires consideration of environmental temperature, humidity, dust, acidity, alkalinity, corrosive gases, and other factors. This is seriously related to whether the variable frequency power supply can operate for a long time, safely, and reliably. Variable frequency power supplies should be avoided from being placed in direct sunlight, rain, or damp places. Please keep away from sources of fire and low temperatures when placing variable frequency power supplies to prevent excessive mechanical temperature transfer. The necessity of frequency conversion power supply is to stop regular maintenance, so as to extend the service life of frequency conversion power supply.
