Analysis and Performance Application of DC Power Supply

When the mains voltage is converted into the designed voltage through an input switch and connected to a transformer, it enters the pre voltage stabilization circuit, which preliminarily stabilizes the desired output voltage. After passing through the pre stabilized power supply and filter ①, the voltage obtained is basically stable. The DC voltage with relatively small ripple is precisely and quickly adjusted by the high-power adjustment tube controlled in the control circuit to obtain a DC voltage with stable voltage accuracy and performance that meets the standards. After filtering through filter ②, the required output DC voltage or stable current value is obtained.

Performance characteristics of DC power supply

1. Specification range: Output voltage 0-700V, output current 0-500A, output power 0-6KW optional;

2. Constant voltage and current: The voltage and current values are continuously adjustable from zero to the rated value, and the constant voltage and current are automatically converted;

3. Overcurrent alarm: The alarm current value is 0-120% of the rated value, and the bearing is continuously adjustable. When the output current of the power supply exceeds the current alarm value, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered;

4. Overvoltage protection: The voltage protection value is continuously adjustable from 0 to 120% of the rated value. When the output voltage of the power supply exceeds the voltage protection value, it will trip for protection;

5. Short circuit protection: allows for long-term short circuit or short circuit startup in any working state;

6. Overload protection: When the power supply or load malfunctions and the output current exceeds 1.5 times the rated value, the power supply trips for protection;

7. Short circuit alarm: When the output voltage is below 1% of the rated value, the power supply will sound and light an alarm;

8. Automatic discharge: used for shutdown and discharge of capacitive loads;

9. Output display: simultaneous LED digital display of voltage and current;

10. Pulse operation: can be equipped with a time controller to form a DC pulse power supply;

11. Intelligence: It can be connected to a computer to form an intelligent power supply controlled by the computer.
